He is a leading authority in strategic IP management with a background from leading positions in corporate IP and IP law firm environments. He is well experienced in development and implementation of IP strategies as well as effective IP processes and tools. With a genuine interest in people – driving change, development of people skills and organizational competence are among his special expertise.

Before founding Hallesius Consulting, Hanns held positions as Head of Group IP of multinational consumer goods Group Electrolux, and Vice President of leading European IP Law firm AWA.

Hanns holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School and an M.Sc.  Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Techology. He has repeatedly been recognized as a leading IP Strategist and a global leader in IP value creation by IAM Magazine (Strategy 300 & Strategy 300 Global Leaders).
