We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Patent Associate with 1-2 years of experience in preparing U.S. and European patent applications. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in claim drafting and the ability to write detailed descriptions. The role requires expertise in understanding inventions within the mechanical and automotive domains.
- Prepare and file U.S. and European patent applications.
- Conduct comprehensive research to understand and analyse inventions within the mechanical and automotive domains.
- Draft clear, concise patent claims and detailed descriptions.
- Collaborate effectively with inventors, engineers, and legal teams to gather necessary information.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in patent laws and regulations.
- Assist in patent prosecution and provide support for legal matters related to Intellectual Property.
