The IP Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of existing client relationships and the development of new business opportunities. This role involves handling IP sales with a focus on clients in the US market, utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills to introduce and promote services. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IP sales, account management, and client handling, with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Managing existing client accounts with a focus on deepening relationships and enhancing satisfaction. Addressing client needs, providing support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Business Development: Introducing and promoting our IP services to prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings. Developing and executing strategies to convert prospects into clients.
- Revenue Generation: Achieving assigned revenue targets through effective management of existing clients and acquisition of new clients. Monitoring and reporting on revenue performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Lead Conversion: Converting warm leads into revenue-generating customers by leveraging sales skills, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- IP Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IP sales, with a strong understanding of intellectual property services and solutions.
- US Client Handling: At least 3 years of experience working with US-based clients, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics and client expectations.
- Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present services and negotiate with clients.
- Email Communication Skills: Proficient in email communication for sales pitches, project updates, and client correspondence.
- Account Management Experience: Proven experience in managing client accounts, including relationship building, account growth, and client satisfaction.
3 years
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA) is preferred, but not mandatory.
