We are seeking an experienced Patent Search Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Vice President (EVP) to support the continuous improvement of our search services at the organization level. This role focuses on defining and tracking Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enhancing knowledge sharing, improving overall quality and efficiency, enabling sales with better collaterals and samples, and managing internal and external training programs.
- Develop and document SOPs for various patent search projects.
- Regularly review and update SOPs to ensure they meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions across teams to disseminate best practices and innovative approaches.
- Create and maintain a repository of best practices and case studies.
- Encourage collaboration and communication among teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for improvement in search processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of search services.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to drive improvements.
- Provide technical support and expertise during client pitches and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling collaterals and samples that highlight our capabilities.
- Ensure that sales materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest trends and innovations in IP search services.
- Design training programs for new hires and existing team members.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
