- Preparing and filing IDS forms for US applications.
- Cross-referencing.
- Reviewing incoming/outgoing correspondence from US/Foreign patent offices.
- Understanding different types of communications received in various countries.
- Tracking US applications and identifying the need for IDS.
- Preparing RCE & QPIDS.
- Handling Patent Term Adjustment.
- Preparing and filing new applications at USPTO, EPO, or PCT as instructed by the client.
- Managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Innovating process improvements.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
