About Christian Gordon-Pullar

Christian Gordon-Pullar is an accomplished IP consultant with extensive experience across M&A and Private Equity, focusing on intellectual property strategy, patent, and brand portfolios. Until August 2024, he served as Chairman of Fox Robotics Ltd. in England. He is also an active member of the UK’s All Party Parliamentary Group on IP and AI, lending his expertise to discussions at the intersection of intellectual property and technology.

Christian offers consulting services tailored to M&A and PE groups and looks at the intrinsic risk and value of their IP portfolios – focusing on IP strategy, patents and brand portfolios – and advises medical devices, life sciences, manufacturing, finance, healthcare & high-tech industries. Working closely with patent attorneys & IP lawyers, he serves clients’ needs by offering a broad strategic view of portfolios from an investment perspective and builds portfolio value using his expertise, patent analytics and a range of machine learning tools.

Over the years, he has worked extensively with and advised financial services, private equity/M&A, IT/software, supply chain, biotechnology, biosciences and pharmaceutical sectors. A significant part of his career has been dedicated to in-house roles within financial institutions and investment organizations. He has worked in private practice, as part of extensive multi-regional teams, and as a sole in-house lawyer, developing and leading legal and business operations teams in England, Europe and Asia.

Talking about his academic background, Christian holds an MBA from the Fox Business School at the Temple University and a B.Sc. in Pharmacology. A Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, he also holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Bristol.

Having lived and worked in Asia from 2001 to 2019, he has gained comprehensive expertise across major Asian markets. He has served as a Board Director for numerous investment companies and banking subsidiaries and has also held positions as a Non-executive Director.
