It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Sagacious IP has been certified as a Great Place to Work in 2020. This certification is the most definitive ‘Employer of Choice’ recognition that organizations aspire to achieve. Over 10,000 organizations participate in the survey every year. The objective of participation is to gain access into actionable insights and solicit recommendations to help create and sustain a great workplace.

This is the second GPTW certification for us, having previously accredited in 2017-2018.

The Great Place to Work survey opened for employees on 12^th November 2019 and closed on 26^th November 2019 (a window of 15 days). The survey evaluation was sub-categorized as follows:

1. The Trust Index Survey – this survey analysis was based on the survey conducted for employees and depicted their perception of the organizational credibility, camaraderie, fairness, pride and respect. Over 70% employees expressed their opinions about their respective organizations.
2. The Culture Audit – was a tool for assessing & benchmarking the current practices as well the policies under 9 practice areas. It evaluated the organizational practices via a detailed report prepared for employee relation programs and policies that impact their overall work experience considerably.
