The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing the company’s receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process and record incoming payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain accurate records and files related to accounts receivable
- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related area
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
